Shipping Information

AYVA ships to educational institutions throughout Canada via UPS courier with an estimated delivery of 3 to 4 weeks after receipt of order for most products. Shipping charges are prepaid and will be added to your invoice. The on-line pricing is FOB Burlington, ON. Our customer service department would be happy to provide a shipping quote prior to you placing an order. Please bear in mind that very heavy or large volume shipments will be shipped via motor freight and may incur a freight surcharge. Should you request partial shipments you will be invoiced separately.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

AYVA will do our best to ensure that you get what you order on time and intact. Please review the packing list and inspect your products as soon as possible upon receipt and report any damage or missing items.

RETURN POLICY

No product returns will be accepted at AYVA without a Return Authorization Number. Please contact our customer service department at 1-877-967-2726 should you wish to return an item for credit or for repair. Products returned for credit may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
