  • 316L SS tank, 13 L, double jacketed.
  • Variable speed stirrer, equipped with baldes to mix the milk and to cut the coagulum.
  • Heating control unit, with water circulation, integrated temperature sensor and heater integrated. Internal cooling by cold water.
