Crystallization

Crystallization is an operation widely spread in the industry. It concerns an important variety of products: pharmaceutical, farm-produce and chemical. However, this operation remains delicate to run. The proposed run aims to make sensitive the student in various parameters and variable occurring in the application of a crystallization. This study will allow, from material and thermal balances, to end on this unit operation of the Chemical Processing.

Study crystallization process of a stirred mixture through controlled cooling in a continuous process.
