Robotics for Education
AYVA has partnered with KUKA (Germany) to provide industrial robotics training designed specifically for teaching labs. This can take the form of ready-to-use industry-standard training cells or individually configured components for your own solutions.
KUKA's ready2_educate training cells are ideal for hands-on education in robotics - the cells are portable and fit easily through a classroom door.
Choose from 3 different package options to integrate robot training into your programs. The basic package includes a 3-axis industrial robot with a gripper to pick and place the included cubes. The pro package adds onto the basic with a heavy-duty application gripper and comprehensive curriculum with a variety of experiments designed for use with the included application hardware. The advanced package includes everything in the pro plus a plc with a touchpad for more advanced programming.
KUKA's SimPro simulation software is popular with both colleges and universities, it can be added to any of the ready2_educate packages and includes 15 seats. Instructor Certification is also available from KUKA College.
