Set contains 5 mL each of high-titer phages T4r and ΦX174 with 1 agar culture each of E. coli B and E. coli C. Includes general information booklet.
Note: Refrigerate coliphage and antiserum until use; do not freeze. Keep bacteria culture and agar at room temperature. Additional media needed for running a titer test or plaque assay is not included but can be purchased separately as the Plaque Assay Plating Set (item #124730).
