About the Products – AYVA products are designed for education; they are not intended for use in industry, and should not be used in any apparatus involved with life support, patient diagnosis, or industrial control.

About Our Pricing – AYVA advertises and sells all products in CANADIAN funds. Prices shown do not include taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. Although we strive for accuracy in images, details and pricing, errors may occur. AYVA reserves the right to adjust images, details and pricing at any time. Please contact us for current information.

Payments – Purchase Orders: AYVA accepts purchase orders from recognized educational institutions, public or private. Phone orders must include a purchase order number and an authorized name. Written orders must include a purchase order number, a phone number, and a valid authorized signature. Terms are net 30 days for approved accounts. Partial shipments are invoiced separately and are payable in 30 days. Late payments are subject to 1.5% per month service charge after 30 days. AYVA accepts MASTERCARD and VISA

Returns & Shipping

Shipping – Our customer service department would be happy to provide a shipping quote prior to you placing an order. Shipping charges are prepaid and will be added to your invoice. Should you request partial shipments you will be invoiced separately. Any on-line pricing is FOB Oakville, ON. Our general shipping method is UPS ground and takes 2-3 weeks, depending on the day your order is processed.

Damaged or Missing Items – All shortages, defects and deficiencies must be reported within 7 days of receiving the shipment. Merlan Scientific cannot assume responsibility for shortages reported after this period.

On receiving goods, check your packing slip and the package contents carefully. Please report any damaged items immediately and keep all shipping materials for inspection. If you have any questions please call 1-800-387-2474 or email us at info@merlan.ca.

Return Policy – A Return Authorization Number (RMA) is required for all product returns. Please contact our customer service department at 1-800-387-2474 prior to shipping. All returns to Merlan must be shipped prepaid. The customer is responsible for all costs related to shipping returns to Merlan.
