Whole pooled sera containing natural concentrations of albumin (the test antigen). Sera can be combined or diluted as desired in the disposable mixing cups provided.
For performing antigen-antibody precipitation test by double diffusion in agar gel (Ouchterlony analysis). Use in experiments of your design or with the Carolina BioKits®: Immunodetective Investigation (item #202100). Provided in vial with narrow-tipped droppers convenient for filling wells. Exercises outlined in our instructions require both items #202101 and #202102 sets.
