In this lab investigation, students gain an understanding of how both dew and frost are formed. Through this activity, students also gain an understanding of the concepts of dew point, humidity, condensation, evaporation, and sublimation. Kit contains enough materials for 15 pairs of students. Includes 15 metal cans, 15 metal-backed thermometers, teacher instructions, and reproducible activity sheets.
