Description
Introduces the student to the study of microbes in the immediate environment. Suitable for a class of up to 30 students and may be used at any educational level. Students learn to pour plates, isolate molds and bacteria from a variety of sources, make plate counts of bacterial colonies, and prepare slides for microscopic examination. With student instructions and teacher’s manual.
Note: A microscope, preferably with an oil-immersion lens, is needed but not included.
